Conflicts of Interest
The Ikoku Group is committed to ethical standards that entail the identification and avoidance or mitigation of conflicts of interest.
Therefore, persons engaged in activity within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group are expected to uphold the following:
Identification and Reporting
— that The Ikoku Group ensure the effective identification and reporting of possible conflicts of interest arising from engagement in activities, decisions and operations.
Review and Approval
— that The Ikoku Group ensure that identifying and reporting a possible conflict of interest lead to an efficacious process of review, clearing, counsel to avoid, or approval, where appropriate.
— that The Ikoku Group ensure the identification, reporting, review and approval of conflict-of-interest situations meet applicable law and regulation.
Accordance with Ethics
— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.

— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founder’s Agreement.
Central and Associated Policies
As stated earlier, The Ikoku Group User Agreement and Code of Conduct consist of several Codes and Policies that collectively govern all of your activity with, within, for, in reference to and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group, including the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates. By continuing, you indicate that you understand that these Codes and Policies include — but are not limited to — the Founding and Mission Statement, the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics, the Policy on Company Integrity, the Policy on Independence and Freedoms, the Policy on Privacy and Confidentiality, the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service, and the Acceptable Uses Policy along with all Associated Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Group strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so ask that you read, understand, and regularly visit this section and other communications regarding the Policy on Conflicts of Interest, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Group takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.
Your Duty to Company Integrity
And you further legally accept and agree that no application, interpretation, judgment, or other compliance, proceeding, or reading from, of, with, or otherwise relating to the Founding Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or any equivalent code, policy, or other document or material shall, in any way, entail any abrogation, diminishment, interference, or violation pertaining to any of the terms, conditions, principles, requirements, rights — including the attendant properties and protections — of company and organizational integrity.
