The Ikoku Group is committed to creating and maintaining safe and secure environments and spaces for all individuals engaging with the company.
Therefore, persons engaged in activity within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group are expected to uphold the following:
Safety and Security Defined
— that The Ikoku Group ensure the evocation of and reference to safety mean and include only evidence-based and proven causes or means of harm to mental and physical health and evidence-based and proven means of prevention or reduction of said harms.
— that The Ikoku Group ensure the evocation of and reference to security mean and include only evidence-based and proven causes or means of of theft, trespassing and other unauthorized use and visit of real and intellectual property and evidence-based and proven means of prevention or reduction of said occurrences.
Safety as Practice
— that The Ikoku Group provide and maintain safe environments and spaces for its activities and operations, and develop and integrate practices toward that end.
Security as Practice
— that The Ikoku Group provide and maintain secure environments and spaces for its activities and operations, and develop and integrate practices toward that end.
Safety and Security Risks (Incompatible)
— that The Ikoku Group hold the following, monitoring, stalking, targeting, tracking or surveillance of, or intimate or intrusive violation of the confidentiality and privacy of, any natural person without the express written consent of that person to constitute — without exception — a high degree of risk and high degree of harm to the safety and security of that person incompatible with the founding, mission and operation of The Ikoku Group.
— and that The Ikoku Group require and ensure that any activity, operation, program or other action involving any of the above be immediately ceased, reported to the Founder and President, Alvan Azinna Chibuzo Ikoku, and reviewed for causes, remedy and further prevention.
Safety and Security Laws
— that The Ikoku Group obtain, keep current and comply with required safety and security permits and applicable law and regulation.
Accordance with Ethics
— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.
Accordance with Mission
— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founder’s Agreement.
Central and Associated Policies
As stated earlier, The Ikoku Group User Agreement and Code of Conduct consist of several Codes and Policies that collectively govern all of your activity with, within, for, in reference to and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group, including the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates. By continuing, you indicate that you understand that these Codes and Policies include — but are not limited to — the Founding and Mission Statement, the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics, the Policy on Company Integrity, the Policy on Independence and Freedoms, the Policy on Privacy and Confidentiality, the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service, and the Acceptable Uses Policy along with all Associated Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Group strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so ask that you read, understand, and regularly visit this section and other communications regarding the Policy on Safety and Security, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Group takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.
Your Duty to Company Integrity
And you further legally accept and agree that no application, interpretation, judgment, or other compliance, proceeding, or reading from, of, with, or otherwise relating to the Founding Ethics, the Codes and Policies, or any equivalent code, policy, or other document or material shall, in any way, entail any abrogation, diminishment, interference, or violation pertaining to any of the terms, conditions, principles, requirements, rights — including the attendant properties and protections — of company and organizational integrity.
