Overview
The Ikoku Group is committed to fostering protective, respectful and useful processing of data and information, and to achieving this objective in a manner that is ethical, feasible, reasonable and responsive.
Therefore, persons engaged in activity within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group are expected to uphold the following:
Consent as Informed
— that The Ikoku Group ensure the most informed consent and consent process possible are maintained in the conduct of activities involving confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information.
Confidentiality as Protected
— that The Ikoku Group ensure confidentiality is protected in the conduct of activities involving confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information.
Privacy as Protected
— that The Ikoku Group ensure the most respectful understandings of privacy are protected in the conduct of activities involving confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information.
Processing as Necessary
— that, with the above taking precedence and guaranteed, The Ikoku Group also make every reasonable effort to limit processing of confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information to what is strictly necessary for the activity, communication, operation, product, service, or other use and purposes consented to by the owner of the confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information.
Data and Information Laws
— that The Ikoku Group obtain, keep current and comply with required data and information guidelines, law, and regulation, including those concerning confidentiality and privacy, as they pertain to applicable local, state, national and international jurisdictions.
Accordance with Ethics
— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.
Accordance with Mission
— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founder’s Agreement.

Provision
As stated earlier, The Ikoku Group User Agreement and Code of Conduct consist of several Codes and Policies that collectively govern all of your activity with, within, for, in reference to and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group, including the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates. By continuing, you indicate that you understand that the Codes and Policies include — but are not limited to — the Founding and Mission Statement, the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics, the Policy on Privacy and Confidentiality, the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service, and the Acceptable Uses Policy along with all Associated Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Group strongly recommends you develop and maintain your knowledge of all the Codes and Policies, and so asks that you read, understand, and regularly visit this section and other communications regarding the Policy on Data and Information, as well as the Codes and Policies. The Ikoku Group takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your knowledge, understanding, and legally binding acceptance of and agreement to this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.
Your Duty to Organizational Integrity
To protect the organizational integrity of The Ikoku Group — as well as the properties, rights, and protections of the company and its official persons — The Ikoku Group requires all natural and legal persons concerned to read, understand, abide by and, where applicable, sign contracts and agreements delineated and described in the Policy on Organizational Integrity.
The Ikoku Group reminds you that the Policy on Organizational Integrity forms part of The Ikoku Group User Agreement and Code of Conduct. Thus, The Ikoku Group takes your continued access, activity, communication, engagement, operation, participation, and other use or visiting of the Products and Services, as active indication of your legally binding acceptance of this Policy as well as the Codes and Policies.
