The Ikoku Group is committed to fostering protective, respectful and useful processing of data and information, and to achieving this objective in a manner that is ethical, feasible, reasonable and responsive.
Therefore, persons engaged in activity within, for, on behalf of, in reference to, and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group are expected to uphold the following:

— that The Ikoku Group ensure confidentiality is protected in the conduct of activities involving confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information.

— that The Ikoku Group ensure the most respectful understandings of privacy are protected in the conduct of activities involving confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information.
Processing as Necessary
— that, with the above taking precedence and guaranteed, The Ikoku Group also make every reasonable effort to limit processing of confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information to what is strictly necessary for the activity, communication, operation, product, service, or other use and purposes consented to by the owner of the confidential, personal, private and sensitive data and information.
Data and Information Laws
— that The Ikoku Group obtain, keep current and comply with required data and information guidelines, law, and regulation, including those concerning confidentiality and privacy, as they pertain to applicable local, state, national and international jurisdictions.
Accordance with Ethics
— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the Codes and Policies and especially the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics.
Accordance with Mission
— that The Ikoku Group ensure following any and all of the above principles further remains in accordance with the founding mission and purposes of The Ikoku Group, without incompatibility, as described and delineated in the Codes and Policies and the Founder’s Agreement.
As stated earlier, The Ikoku Group User Agreement and Code of Conduct consist of several Codes and Policies that collectively govern all of your activity with, within, for, in reference to and otherwise pertaining to The Ikoku Group, including the divisions, series, subsidiaries, and affiliates. By continuing, you indicate that you understand that the Codes and Policies include — but are not limited to — the Founding and Mission Statement, the Founding and Governing Code of Ethics, the Policy on Privacy and Confidentiality, the Terms and Conditions of Use and Service, and the Acceptable Uses Policy along with all Associated Codes and Policies.
